All charges are usually taken from your account within 24-48 hours. Please note that all on your credit card statements it will be billed from Product Unlimited.

Return Policy
You have 7 Days from date package arrives to you to decide if you want to keep the purchase or not. You must email us within 7 days and you must mail the product back to us within 14 days if you are returning for refund. After the 7 and 14 day deadlines only exchange is available. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Shipping
We ship worldwide to virtually any address in the world. We offer one method and flat rate shipping. The shipping cost is determined by the county we are shipping to. All shipping charges are added automatically to your shopping cart for your review and confirmation.

Orders take 7-14 days to ship. We ship via 2-5 day Priority Mail Service. Shipping within the USA is charged a flat rate of $10. International orders are charged handling fee of $15.00. All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week. If an item is on backorder it will ship when we get more inventory.
